MULTI-PLY TYRE CURING PRESS

Features :

  1. Special design of hydraulic cylinder, we guaranteed no oil leakiness to our customer.
  2. Platen made with drilling processing where would not have condensed water accumulated and remain stable average temperature ±2℃.
  3. Main mechanism welded with U channel steel and process side framework which make molds move up and down smoothly and reduce mold damaged while clamping action.
  4. Mechanical component: platen, oil cylinder, heat insulation plate, piping, pressure gauge, valve, trap , stainless steel hose, hydraulic control unit, electric control box.
  5. Curing central control system (optional), curing time could be set at central control system or by timer at electrical box individually.
