BATCH-OFF MACHINE

Features :

  1. Pull-out with head-pressing device , further printer and slitting device are optional.
  2. Dipping and climbing conveyor: the bottom of talc water tank has air piping to blow & mix talc water and prevent powder sinking.
  3. Rubber loop length of hanger is adjustable.
  4. Rubber temperature be cooled down by numbers of fans.
  5. Keeping constant rubber festoon by limited switch in front of take out conveyor.
  6. Oscillation continuous stacking device: rubber slab conveying with belt-conveyor, oscillation arm swings forward and backward, rubber slab stacked on trolley, move out by crane.
