Features
  1. Bead wire casing: by rolling type, it’s no need use crane, operate simply.
  2. Bead wire preheating device with 7segments heat temperature, it make rubber coating evenly and good looking.
  3. Extruder transmission: AC motor + inverter.
  4. Bead Wire reel & cool with drum which drives with AC motor and inverter, the speed is adjustable.
  5. Bead wire festoon with high & low speed controlled automatically. Maintain the same speed of festoon accordance with forming machine to prevent run out of bead wire and stop production.
  6. Electrical control system of bead wire building machine drives by AC motor + inverter+ PLC. It has high building efficiently, the quantity is 10 ~ 15pcs in per minute.
  7. the bead wire grommet line could equip with single or double building machine, as customer requirement.
