EQUIPMENT FOR MAKING INNER TUBES
- Features
- Tube pull-out, flatten tube conveyor: Tube floating on conveyor after pulled out & flattened is benefit work of punching and fitting air valve without vibration.
- Cooling water tank conveyor: water tank and rollers made with SUS304 stainless steel material in getting antirust effect, inner tube temperature cool down and make steady shrinkage with water nozzle spray.
- Inner tube dried with blower device.
- Printer is optional.
- Punch & fit air valve conveyor: punching & fitting air valve device in front of cutting has nice precision of it.
- Powder dusting at outside tube section: outer surface of inner tube must be sprayed with powder to prevent stick in collection.
- Cutting and booking section: set required inner tube length by photoelectric switch then cut automatically, worker pick-up inner tube at end of booking conveyor then collect it on trolley.
